Action for Sustainable Employment through Skill Enhancement (ASESE) improve vocational and technical training strategy to develop sustainable employment measures in agricultural sector through trainers/instructors strengthening capacity. ASTHA, (ASESE) project is implementing in 15 VDCs of Achham, Surkhet, and Kailali districts from the funding of European Union since May 2011 to June 2015. ASTHA Nepal had established a Regional Office at Dhangadhi and 3 District Offices in the project districts. ASTHA Kathmandu control overall activities of ASESE project. Altogether 24 staffs are directly involved in this project. This project has the following two major objectives are:
Achham,Kailali and Surkhet.
